Unit 14 and Unit 16 Funding
There are three types of funding that we could use for our radio magazine programme
GRANT- This is capital that we can receive from our local council, metropolitan police. this will happen through us applying to them and explaining our reason for funding.
SPONSER- This is capital done through a company such as Currys pc world who have a huge following and listening group which will allow us to share our topics and views to a wide range of audiences furthermore we are able to use equipment that can be given by our sponsor or use the budget that they have given us.
Unit 14 and 16 SCHEDULING
SCHEDULING
Scheduling and alignment to programme
The scheduling for the magazine show that we have decided to choose is the 4:00pm-6:00pm we have chosen the afternoon for our show ()and at these specific times as this is when kids are usually home and are able to listen to it properly furthermore parents and adults are also on their way back from work at those times.
The show will broadcast every Thursday and Friday. The show will be in great detail with a new topic every week so that parents and children will listen to it and understand it as best as possible while gaining a lot of knowledge about the dangers furthermore there will be a 1min traffic and weather report for London towards the end of the magazine programme.
The timings and days we have chosen are suited for a good reason as we believe it will be when parents and children will be able to listen to it carefully and properly this will allow both age groups to understand the dangers of social media and how it can be safe for everyone.
Unit 14 and 16 Key personnel list
Presenters
The main role for the presenters will be that they will need to ensure that the flow of the magazine programme is om point we will get young teens from our school to help us present our programme. Unit 14 and 16 - Logistics considerations
Storage - My partner and I will store our sound file to the iMac's cloud drive or to the files on the iMac's internal storage. A cloud drive is a web-based service that stores data on a distant server. It's useful to be able to view saved information from any location with an Internet connection. As a consequence, collecting all of our sounds for editing will be a breeze. Furthermore, all online storage providers support Mac desktop folders. We may now move files between the cloud and local storage by dragging and dropping them.
